  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • France & EU: 3–7 business days

    • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

    • International (outside Europe): 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to postal or customs delays beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery services.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
